Finance Manager - Part Time
£55-60k FTE depending on experience
12-month FTC

We are working exclusively with a well-regarded, company, with huge expansion plans over the coming years. Are you an experienced Finance Manager with previous experience in a similar role, ideally with estates, or property industry experience? This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful location, with fantastic development opportunities. The role is offered on a FTC for 12 months initially with the potential of becoming a permanent role.
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for;
? Managing and implementing new financial policies and procedures
? Preparing accurate monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
? Overseeing the budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash management strategies.
? Managing payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure timely transactions.
? Variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making.
? Compliance with statutory accounting standards and tax regulations.
? Coordination with external auditors and accountants for annual audits and financial compliance.
? Provide financial analysis and support for investment decisions, including property acquisitions and capital improvements.
? Assisting in the development and monitoring of financial KPIs to drive performance improvements across the estate.
? Advise on financial planning and risk management.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. And, or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or similar is highly desirable.
? Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within the real estate, property management, or related sector.
? Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, including GAAP.
? Proficiency in financial software and systems, as well as MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
? Excellent analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
? Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial colleagues.
? Independent worker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
? High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
