�?Are you an experienced Building Safety Manager with a passion for electrical safety? Our client, a leader in the housing industry, is looking for a talented individual like you to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months initially but likely to be extended.
??As a Building Safety Manager with a focus on Electrical contracts, your main responsibility will be to oversee the overall building safety management of 9-10 high-risk buildings. You will ensure that all building safety cases are up to date with relevant information relating to your assigned areas.??
??In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including but not limited to:
- Conducting electrical testing (communal and domestic) and implementing necessary remedials and upgrades.?
- Managing cyclical programmes for communal and domestic areas, including servicing, inspections, testing, replacement, and remedials for various systems such as CCTV, door entry systems, and air conditioning.????
- Monitoring and reporting on damp, mould, and structural issues within assigned blocks.�?????
- Leading the development and delivery of compliant building safety cases for designated high-risk buildings, ensuring resident engagement throughout the process.????
�?To excel in this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:
- NEBOSH certification and CIOB membership.
- Strong knowledge of building safety regulations and compliance aspects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively mentor and coach colleagues.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer-focused building safety services.
- Proven experience in managing external contractors and partners.??
