About the Company A successful business in the aviation industry based in Kidlington is seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team, working as a number 2 to the Financial Controller, supporting the team by providing mentorship. You will get to work in a friendly environment with the opportunity to keep learning.
Your new role As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for producing full management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting. You will play a supporting role to the FC in mentoring and developing the team without line management responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed You must be a confident, experienced Management Accountant who can hit the ground running. The role is open to a Qualified/PQ or QBE Management Accountant, but most importantly, someone with solid experience, mentorship traits, and people skills.
What you'll get in return You will receive a salary in the range of £40-45k plus a company discretionary annual bonus. Plus study support if you're at the final stages of your studies. The role will be full-time in the office but with the flexibility of working from home if and when required.
