We are recruiting for a People Manager working 30 hours per week.
This is a great opportunity to join a progressive and forward-thinking business ( employing around 100 -140 people).
This role will focus on managing the day-to-day HR operations including managing all the recruitment processes.
The role can be offered between 3 or 4 days a week, with hybrid working, at least 1 -day working from home per week.
We are looking for a passionate HR Generalist who enjoys all aspects of people management and who is happy to roll up their sleeves.
You will have ideally worked within the Manufacturing sector or with an interest in this sector.
