Are you a whiz with all things digital, love keeping projects on track, and have a knack for working across teams? If yes, then we might just have the perfect job for you! Moxie and Mettle is on the hunt for a dynamic Digital Solutions Head to lead the way in delivering top-notch digital projects for a Bristol based agency.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for everything digital. Building strong internal relationships and communication channels across departments will be your bread and butter, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery. You'll be the bridge between internal teams and external clients, sharing your expertise and consulting with team members to deliver the best solutions. Attending and contributing to client meetings will be second nature to you, and maintaining the company's stellar reputation will always be a priority.

When it comes to project development and delivery, your involvement will be critical from the get-go. You'll actively participate in new client acquisition and business presentations, helping to shape project objectives and scope.

Your keen eye for detail will come in handy during project discovery phases and the UX review process, as you dive into analytical reviews, user personas, story mapping, content audits, and more. You'll help craft functional and technical specifications, guiding projects from discovery to build by defining actionable development tasks. With your help, the development team will accurately estimate projects, and you'll ensure timelines and resources are managed efficiently using task management software.

Keeping projects on track will be a breeze for you as you establish standards and procedures to measure progression, swiftly communicate any resource shortfalls, and stay on top of the financial status of projects.

You'll be the quality assurance guru, reviewing and testing output to ensure it meets specs. As the product owner, you'll oversee all project elements and promote post-live services such as monitoring, maintenance, validation, and enhancements.

We're looking for someone who's got it all—excellent organisational and communication skills, a good working knowledge of UX and UI, and a calm demeanour under pressure. Attention to detail is your middle name, and your methodical and analytical approach will be key to tackling work requirements. Collaboration is your strong suit, and you're responsible and reliable, ready to support your team whenever needed.

Your abilities should include using project management tools like ClickUp and Trello, understanding UX/UI design and prototyping tools such as Miro, XMind, Figma, and Adobe XD, and having a solid grasp of digital platform best practices. Familiarity with analytical tools like Search Console, GA, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and heatmapping will be essential, as well as efficient use of CMS systems like Umbraco, Kentico, and WordPress. If you have a basic understanding of coding languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, that's a big plus.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be organising digital work schedules and priorities, managing tasks through the digital team, and communicating with clients to answer queries and action urgent requests. Updating client/internal websites via CMS, coordinating with clients for content and media uploads, and acting as the first point of contact for CMS queries will be part of your routine. Overseeing SLAs, responding to requests, defining tasks and dev estimates, and keeping key internal stakeholders updated are also crucial aspects of the role.

If you're up for the challenge and ready to make a real impact in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
