My client based in Avonmouth is a leading distributor in the Metal Industry and due to growth are now looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day responsibility aspects of Quality at the site. To maintain customer confidence that materials acquired from the company are and will continue to be to their purchase order requirements. To ensure that the purchases made by the company are correct. To ensure that the quality system is maintained and complies with regulatory authorities & various company approvals. Provide a source of knowledge to other employees with regard to Quality related matters.
The Ideal candidate will be familiar with ISO9001 and AS QMS standards and confident with Internal Audits. You Must have either metallurgical or aerospace experience and export license control experience.
You will be proficient with measurements and tolerances, have an excellent eye for detail and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Salary 30,000 per annum
