A leading legal practice dedicated to providing access to justice, is seeking a Credit Hire Litigator to join their Liverpool office. They specialise in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Professional Negligence, Credit Hire, Housing Disrepair, and Complex Claims, offering expert advice to clients nationwide. They are expanding their Credit Hire team and looking for experienced Litigation Solicitors / Fee Earners to manage a caseload of litigated fast track and multi-track credit hire cases.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of litigated fast track and multi-track credit hire cases under supervision, handling a mixture of liability admitted and disputed cases, ensuring compliance with court directions and orders, and maintaining regular updates with the credit hire company. The ideal candidate will have essential Credit Hire experience, be comfortable handling a full caseload of RTA claims at various stages to conclusion, and have a thorough understanding of the PI process including costs. They should be proficient in using Proclaim, possess excellent knowledge of relevant case law and protocols, and be familiar with key KPIs. The role requires a committed, organised individual capable of managing workload under pressure while maintaining high-quality work, handling infant approvals, and working both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and a dedication to exceptional client care are essential.
