Our client is looking for a Legal Counsel - Technology to join their in house legal team, to help our client navigate the complex legal landscape in the Energy & Natural Resources industry. The role will involve providing comprehensive legal advice to ensure the company's compliance and protect its interests.

Description
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of technology and commercial agreements and protect the company's legal rights.
- Have experience in data protection and intellectual property matters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, addressing their concerns while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure the company adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to internal teams.
- Mitigate legal risks associated with contracts and business operations.
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
- Have proven record of working on large technology projects and/or initiatives.
Profile
A successful Legal Counsel - Technology
- UK/IRE Qualified with a minimum level PQE of least 4 years.
- Specialised knowledge in Energy & Natural Resources law.
- Strong understanding of technology law.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Job Offer
