We`re looking for a new Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join our Finance team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will supervise and develop the Purchase Ledger Team, ensuring that all purchase ledger transactions, including payments of creditors and reconciliation to supplier statements, are processed accurately and timely; reconciling any designated balance sheet accounts, proposing enhancements to systems and processes, and highlighting non-compliance to processes, assist in education of business, and supporting cash flow / management functions of finance.

-Support all supplier related transactions ensuring they are processed, matched to supporting documents (purchase orders / payment requests, property payment schedule), and entered onto the system.
-All transactions are matched correctly, and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
-Support and develop the Purchase Ledger team, acting as first point of contact.
-Developing strong relationships with suppliers including negotiating and resolving
-Payment runs are prepared accurately
-Supplier statements are reconciled monthly.
-Payments in respect of imports are processed in a timely manner.
-Provide cash flow projections with regards to supplier payments
-All designated balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly.
-Provide support to Management and Finance account functions, to support weekly and monthly reporting, together with tight cashflow management function.
