This is a great opportunity for an insurance professional with a strong Underwriting background, who is keen to use their technical skills and knowledge within an Underwriting Operations role.
You will be required to work closely with senior operational stakeholders and a number of Underwriters within the business to drive key operational objectives to enhance efficiency and ensure a proactive service. You will also be required to develop subject matter expertise of the core business systems which supports the groups underwriting.
The successful candidate will be tasked with monitoring the performance of a small team of Underwriting Assistants, assisting with their professional development and overseeing their work on a day to day basis.
ideally you will need to have worked within Underwriting and Operations, or have worked closely with both divisions and be keen to forge a career in Underwriting Operations along with overseeing a small team.
