Well Placed HR has been assigned by a very progressive firm operating in the business services sector to find an outstanding Learning, Development and Talent Lead to join their busy team. Working within the people team, you will manage and execute a company wide training plan, partnering with individual teams and the wider people team to understand training needs, skills gaps, and opportunities for growth. The role will focus on building a training schedule that fosters continual learning and success, while ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively and to meet the needs of the business. You will be a trusted partner across a wide range of departments and work closely with the Head of People to build, implement and deliver the training strategy company-wide.
A previous background in a similar role will be essential to your success in this broad-ranging and pivotal position within the people team, and you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of training methodologies and best practice, along with the interpersonal skills to work closely with a diverse set of stakeholders.
