Workday Compensation Specialist FTC

We are currently helping a global media company to find a Workday specialist to join them (ASAP) on a 6-month FTC to support the implementation of Workday and the roll-out of their first Compensation round using it, and in particular the Advanced Compensation Module.

Based out of their purpose-built offices in the heart of the City, they operate on a hybrid basis - 2 days per week in the office ideally.

In an ideal world they are looking for an immediately available Reward/Compensation Analyst with extensive experience using Workday in general as well as the Advanced Compensation Module specifically.

But because the system knowledge and experience are so important to them, they would also consider HRIS specialists with the relevant Workday skills and experience who don't necessarily have much experience in a Reward role.

This is a hugely is a hugely important project for them, and as it's a new system for the company and the wider Reward team, a key part of this hire is finding someone who can step-up as the subject matter expect on the system and help support the wider Reward team.

The position will include extensive stakeholder management and communication with global teams, so they are looking for a strong communicator with experience in a role where global comms played a vital part of your duties.

They are looking for someone to start ASAP to support them with their upcoming Compensation round (their first being run through Workday), so ideal candidates will be available to start work immediately and able to commit to a 6-month FTC.
