Lettings Negotiator

£25,000 basic salary per annum (+£4,000 bonus)

NG5, Nottingham

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with 1-hour unpaid lunch (flexibility required on occasion)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our client's expanding property management team in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow in the property industry, meet new people, and play a crucial role in the rental process. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Property Viewings: Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective student tenants, showcasing properties in the best possible light.
  • Engage with Prospective Tenants: Build rapport with tenants, answer their questions and provide detailed information about the properties and the letting process.
  • Close Deals: Convert viewings into lettings by effectively communicating the benefits of the properties and addressing any concerns or objections.
  • Manage Enquiries: Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email and walk- ins promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with the preparation of tenancy agreements, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Market Properties: Assist in the marketing of available properties through various channels, including online listings and social media, to attract prospective tenants.

Requirements:

  • A strong passion for sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospective tenants.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritise with ease.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service or property management is preferred but not essential. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are most important.
