Are you a passionate and experienced Music Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity in Ealing? We are seeking a qualified Music Teacher to join our secondary school starting this September. Candidates must be able to teach music across all secondary ages.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective music lessons for students across all secondary age groups.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and a love for music.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Prepare students for performances, examinations, and competitions.
- Monitor and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and development.
- Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community.
- Stay current with developments in music education and integrate new knowledge into teaching practice.
- *Requirements:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching music at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the music curriculum and best practices in teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
