An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly dedicated and experienced travel coordinator to join the team of an UHNW individual. This role is perfect for a professional who specializes in and is passionate about managing extensive travel and entertainment arrangements from a remote location.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and manage all aspects of private jet travel and ground transportation for both the principal and staff as needed.
- Coordinate with private aviation companies, luxury hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Manage booking and ticketing for various entertainment events, sourcing the best possible seats and deals to maximize value.
- Handle complex travel itineraries that require a high level of attention to detail and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Utilize expert negotiation skills to ensure cost-effective travel arrangements without compromising quality.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of client service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in travel management, specifically with private jets, luxury accommodations, and high-profile entertainment events.
- A minimum of 5 years of dedicated travel coordination experience.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions swiftly and effectively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Availability to manage travel requirements with flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Our clients are looking for a candidate with experience from a young age in the travel industry, ideally starting in travel coordination or similar roles.
This will be a full-time fully remote role, and you will work on a rotational shift basis which covers days, evenings and weekends.
