We are working with a leading name in the Estate Agency and Property Lettings sector, with a very successful base in the Basildon area, currently seeking to bring in an experienced Lettings Lister / Valuer.
You will join a highly skilled team of Estate Agency Lettings professionals, who are all tasked with providing exceptional service to clients.
You will advise and help landlords to let their properties for the best price, whilst providing the best service and support possible. Working closely as a team, you will work with landlords, offering a professional valuation service, bringing new properties to the branch and listing new properties to let that have been sourced, ensuring all details are accurate and marketed correctly and appropriately, and collaborating with the team to match properties with potential tenants.
You will essentially manage the day-to-day lettings process, and whenever necessary, run morning meetings and coaching sessions.
Building on your local knowledge and contacts, staying informed about local market trends, becoming a recognized expert is highly encouraged.
To fulfil the role, you must have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and convert valuations into listings and ultimately rentals, with a genuine interest in helping landlords let their properties and help tenants find their ideal homes. Drive, determination, ambition, self-motivation and a passion for excellence are all key words that will help.
To succeed, you must have a proactive approach to getting things done, with a strong work ethic, and a valid driving license is essential.
