An established global business based in Greater Manchester are looking for an ambitious individual to join the team as their Trainee Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an operations based role, you may have worked as an Operations Administrator, Operations Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, Operations Executive, Assistant Operations Manager or similar or be an Operations Manager looking for a new challenge in a new industry sector.
You will be an excellent communicator, well organised, reliable with leadership potential and be motivated towards career growth. Perhaps you are currently working in hospitality (pubs/restaurants) looking after multiple sites and teams.
- Please note – the role will involve travel both locally and abroad to their site in Orlando (USA) and the role will relocate to Orlando (USA) once you are fully trained.
You will be offered excellent training and hands-on experience in a variety of departments including Finance, Customer Support, Production, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Quality, and IT, enabling you to gain a full and comprehensive understanding of the business. As well as gaining invaluable insight, understanding, and experience in general business management, you will become an integral part of the management team, with the opportunity to progress to a leadership role and contribute to furthering the strategic aims and ambitions of the business.
The salary on offer is between £28,000 - £35,000 per annum and a benefits package which includes early finishes on a Friday, pension scheme, annual leave which increases with length of service, health care plan, quarterly company lunches etc.
