Learning and Development Partner

This is an exciting opportunity for you to bring creativity and pro-activity to drive an evolving L&D strategy. You will play a key role in collaborating with the wider HR function and business leaders, to take joint responsibility for all aspects of the employee ongoing learning experience.

You will align service delivery to key business needs, identifying and designing relevant programmes and learning interventions to meet business objectives and deliver bespoke solutions. You will be responsible for designing a future-fit learning experience, whilst enabling our people to consistently deliver a truly outstanding experience for clients. You will have a global mindset, embrace technology and ensure a consistent high-level service delivery.

Suitable candidates will have a proven track record in the full learning life cycle, with an exceptional ability to build relationship and manage stakeholders at all levels.

On offer is a competitive package and hybrid working - with c2 days per week in the London office.
