Commercial Property Lawyer - Spalding (Lincolnshire)
An opportunity has come up for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a long established and respected high street style practice in the Spalding area of Lincolnshire.
You will be joining an established department who deal with a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant and development work across a range of sectors.
It is expected that any applicants will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years PQE in dealing with commercial property work in their current or previous roles.
You will sit at a mid level within the team of 6 working alongside a supportive and experienced partner who will be able to mentor and support you in your continued development. Any supervisory experience would be beneficial as you will in turn be asked to also help within the team mentoring an apprentice within the team.
A good financial package (based on experience) will be on offer to the successful candidate which will be discussed upon application.
