As?Social Media Coordinator, you will:
- Create a Social Media Content Plan with a focus on developing cross-platform social media content for all consumer markets.
- Management of company's social media which will involve scheduling posts, responding to enquiries, following relevant accounts and liking their posts, sharing customer/influencer posts, boosting posts, etc.
- Manage paid social campaigns with successful and efficient development and delivery.
- Taking the lead and a proactive role in content creation approving copy for all channels, creating reels/TikTok's and visuals that are in in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Working closely with their brand ambassadors, developing strong relationships to grow and generate brand awareness, sales and general customer engagement.
- Working with the rest of the marketing team and external sources on content for social media posts, blogs, articles, D2C marketing materials, video etc.
