CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT EXECUTIVES!

This company is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Service Support Executives to join their expanding customer service department.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:
- Contacting potential customers over the phone to promote the company's products/services.
- Following up with customers who have expressed interest in the company's products/services.
- Meeting and exceeding targets and KPI's on a consistent basis.
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers.
- Updating and maintaining customer information in the company's database.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Experience of volume dials (80-100+ Calls daily!)
- Confidence and assertive communication skills.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a targeted environment.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
