We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone looking to start their career in an office environment. No prior experience is necessary; we are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic administrative role. You will have the opportunity to develop key skills, including Excel proficiency and data analysis, while supporting our Asset Management team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Assist in managing, analysing, and reporting data to support the Asset Management team.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including document handling, filing, and data entry.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the quality assurance process through data collection, reporting, and analysis.
  • Excel Utilisation: Learn and apply Excel skills to complete tasks efficiently. Training will be provided as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions to enhance team productivity.
