Be the central point of contact for all creative and product questions
Assign responsibilities to appropriate resources and ensure all tasks are completed on time
Understand and streamline workflows within the product range
Set clear priorities for all creative departments and be the go-to person to troubleshoot conflicts
Provide regular updates to account teams throughout the process
