They're seeking a passionate individual to join JD's in-house marketing team, who are known for generating fresh, culturally relevant omnichannel campaigns, bringing ideas to life through engaging messaging, striking imagery, and captivating motion.

At JD, you'll work on high-impact global campaigns, celebrity collaborations, and new store activations. The team breathes life into iconic events like Christmas, Summer, and Back to School, constantly engaging and exciting its target audience.

You'll collaborate with brand, campaign and studio marketing experts across its diverse brand portfolio, including Nike, adidas, Puma, The North Face, and Under Armour. This is a thrilling opportunity to be part of their expanding marketing team and contribute to JD's global success.

Role Overview:

  • Ensure growth and development of all JD UK social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube)
  • Develop strategies and campaigns to improve content and channel performance, setting KPIs aligned with marketing objectives
  • Build relationships with client partners on social media platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) and work closely with internal teams for content delivery
  • Drive community engagement and loyalty through best-in-class community management, leveraging insights from social monitoring tools
  • Oversee social media reporting, budget management, team development, and the implementation of a comprehensive paid and organic social media strategy

What You'll Need:

  • Extensive social media experience, focusing on organic growth
  • Proven track record in developing and executing social media strategies
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking
  • Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage large budgets
