Are you passionate about teaching and looking for an exciting opportunity in a highly-rated primary school? We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Class Teacher to join our outstanding school in Hillingdon. This role is ideal for enthusiastic educators, including Early Career Teachers (ECTs), ready to inspire and support students in either Year 3 or Year 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and a love of learning.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and development.
- Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community.
- Stay current with developments in education and integrate new knowledge into teaching practice.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for primary education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
Desirable:
- Experience teaching in KS2, specifically Year 3 or Year 4.
- Knowledge of current educational practices and methodologies.
