Field Services Engineer London (covering North / East and parts of Central London) Our ref KL136 / 1
Salary: To £35k per annum (+ commission + company vehicle)
We are currently looking for a Field Services Engineer to join our clients growing team and make that difference.
Main responsibilities include:
- Organise and carry out servicing, installation, repair, routine maintenance, user training and modification to Company products (medical equipment) on Customer premises.
- To prepare accurate reports and keep detailed records as necessary, whilst following the Company procedures defined in Standing Orders and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Actively promote the Company's products and services.

The customer will be at the heart of everything you do, and so as well as having the required technical skills to diagnose and repair our technology, you will also have excellent customer service and communication skills. This will enable you to resolve problems quickly and efficiently, whilst being able to communicate effectively with the team and the customer.

Location
You must be located in or close to London as you will be expected to cover the North and East of London, as well as parts of Greater London.
Experience needed
Experience working with mechanical / electrical products is required (including diagnosis and repair), this can be from any industry, or even a good hobby, or repairing domestic appliances etc... some training can be given if the basic knowlegde is there with the right enthusiasm.
There is a strong requirement for providing great customer service to clients when at their premises, so a friendly personality and experience of working with customers is also important.
