I am working exclusively with a fast-growing international derivatives company who are looking for someone to work alongside the Head of HR in a very high touch role with lots of visibility. You will be looking to join a very dynamic and rapidly expanding business where you can really add value and be a No.2 to the Head of HR.
You will be expected to be the first point of contact to an office of around 100 staff and deputise in the Head of HR's absence, or when she is called away to manage global issues. As a business with a high growth model in place, you will enjoy working in an environment where there are constantly changing priorities and will thrive on working with ambiguity.
The HR function needs a lot of work to get it where it needs to be, and this will be a labour of love as you go on a journey with the business and get to know the team. You can expect to help with everything from creating templates and documents, to kickstarting Graduate programmes and undertaking projects around DE&I and recruitment. There is plenty to get your teeth stuck into and no two days will be the same.
They are hybrid working (three days in the office and two from home) and are paying a generous salary with an unbelievable Bonus potential which could be up to 30% (depending on your performance!).
