Guided and supported by a close-knit and friendly team, this position is suited to a recent graduate who has a degree, that is heavy on the analytics side of things, so this could be a degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science, for example. In-depth and tailored training will be offered in abundance and you'll be surrounded by a knowledgeable team who will be on hand to advise, which will enable the successful candidate to be a success in this role which will shape the future processes of the company.

What's in it for you?

  • Work Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Salary guide: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on level of experience

Graduate Analyst Responsibilities

  • Resolve challenges by understanding current practices and analysing data to identify areas of improvement
  • Gather and interpret wide-ranging data to inform decisions and improve processes
  • Create and implement new processes to ensure complete efficiency
  • Monitor new processes and data to make necessary adjustments
  • Assist the wider analytics team where necessary

Graduate Analyst Skills and Experience

  • Holds an analytical degree in a subject such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and is confident liaising at all levels
  • Demonstrates excellent research skills and can interpret data
  • Eager to learn and ambitious, with plans to carve a career within analytics
