Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Working Site Manager to join our client's team, specializing in fit-out projects, with a primary focus on the Greggs framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects ranging from high to low value, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest standards. The role is "on the tools" most of the time, so hands-on experience and the ability to manage all aspects of the fit-out process are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of up to 5 workers on site.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety standards.

Oversee the full fit-out process from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Communicate effectively with team members, the Construction Manager, and other stakeholders.

Maintain high standards of workmanship and efficiency on-site.

Manage day-to-day site operations, including setting up the site, managing subcontractors, and resolving any on-site issues.

Provide daily reports to the Construction Manager and ensure all site documentation is up-to-date.

Work Schedule:

12-hour shifts, working continuously until the job is finished, followed by 2-4 days off.

For projects longer than two weeks, the schedule will be 12 days on, followed by 2 days off.

Bank holidays may be included.

All work is conducted during day shifts.

Candidate Requirements:

Joiner by trade with extensive experience in fast-track projects.

Willingness to travel nationwide as required by the project locations.
