Job Title: Breakfast Waitress/Waiter
Location: Richmond, London
Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 p/h DOE
Hours: 3-4 shifts per week, 5 hours per shift between 6am - 12pm
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS WAITRESS /WAITER EXPERIENCE
Customer Service: Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude, anticipating their needs to ensure a positive experience
Order Taking: Accurately taking and processing food and drink orders from guests
Serving: Delivering food and beverages promptly to guests in a professional manner.
Table Preparation: Setting and arranging tables for incoming guests to create a pleasant dining environment
Dining Area Maintenance: Ensuring the dining area remains clean, organised, and presentable, especially during peak hours.
Payment Handling: Processing cash and credit card transactions efficiently, and reconciling the cash drawer at the end of each shift
Food Safety Compliance: Strictly adhering to food hygiene and safety standards to maintain a safe dining experience
Menu Expertise: Possessing thorough knowledge of the menu items and daily specials to assist guests with their selections
Guest Interaction: Addressing and resolving any questions or concerns from guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Table Clearing: Clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests depart, ensuring readiness for the next guests.
