One of the UK's leading mortgage brokerages, based in London, are on the lookout for a client services manager to join their team. Due to expansion, they are searching for an experienced financial services manager/team leader to lead their concierge advisers, speaking to clients, overseeing the client journey and ensuring the clients are aware of the full range of services available.
The advisers you're overseeing, won't be selling anything, but they'll be an important part of ensuring that every client enjoys a customer- centric mortgage experience.
The ideal candidate will be a people person that strives to help individuals grow in their role, and can motivate a small team. You'll be able to interpret trends through KPIs and recognise development areas. You will need a good knowledge of the UK mortgage market and the home buying process. As you'll be leading a team, you'll need to have experience in people management, and be able to demonstrate success in this area.
This role comes with a base salary up to £47,000 plus a bonus paid quarterly. Its a hybrid role with 2 days work from home. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading mortgage brokerage with a truly unique proposition.
