Role: Marketing Specialist Duration: 6 Months Location: London, UK
* Assist in the development and execution of media plans across North and Central EMEA regions.
- Collaborate with the OU Media Strategy Lead to align regional media strategies with global campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with the channels team to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and updates.
- Manage the collection, organisation, and distribution of media assets for regional campaigns.
- Ensure all campaign materials adhere to channel guidelines and are optimised for respective channels.
- Keep all relevant parties informed of campaign updates, changes, and progress.
* Monitor the progress of media campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget. * Assist in tracking and managing campaign budgets across the North and Central EMEA regions.
- Handle tickets related to paid media channels, ensuring all requests for campaign changes and updates are processed efficiently.
- Prioritise and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
* Support the Media Strategy Manager with ad hoc projects and requests related to campaign planning and execution.
- Provide quick and effective solutions to any unforeseen challenges that may arise during campaign execution.
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of experience in media planning, campaign management, or a related field, preferably in a regional or global context.
* Strong understanding of media channels, campaign planning, and asset management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in budget management and reporting.
