Our Client
This established and successful mainly conveyancing legal firm is now seeking an experienced Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their busy team at one of their offices.
The Role
Our client is looking to recruit for either their Maidstone, Dartford or South London office dealing with a variety of Conveyancing transactions including: re-mortgages, transfers of equity, sale and purchases; leasehold and freehold properties. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing their own caseloads.
The position is full time (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (an hour lunch)
You will have the opportunity to join a successful practice with a strong property department.
Salary is negotiable but expected to be in the region of £45k to £65k (negotiable depending on your experience)
