My clients are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their dedicated loyal team. The position includes an optional remote working day on Mondays and requires a smart appearance and excellent customer service skills.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage appointments and bookings, and handle client enquiries via phone.
- Respond to email and live chat enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle simple spreadsheets with accuracy (training provided).
- Prepare training seminar rooms for sessions.
- Meet and greet clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease.
- Make customer care calls and arrange support when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A warm, friendly, and confident manner.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Initiative and a keenness to progress within the company.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
