My clients are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their dedicated loyal team. The position includes an optional remote working day on Mondays and requires a smart appearance and excellent customer service skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage appointments and bookings, and handle client enquiries via phone.
  • Respond to email and live chat enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle simple spreadsheets with accuracy (training provided).
  • Prepare training seminar rooms for sessions.
  • Meet and greet clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Make customer care calls and arrange support when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A warm, friendly, and confident manner.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Initiative and a keenness to progress within the company.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
