Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of professional writing experience (especially within help and support content, editorial quality assurance, online operations at a tech company, technical writing).
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management experience, with the ability to work through ambiguity and manage competing priorities XML skills
Ability to work independently.
Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate given information relative to content techniques.
