Customer Service Agent - German Speaker

Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - German Speaker

Location: Central London - HYBRID option after training

Salary: £27,000 to £32000 Negotiable depending on experience

Language: Fluent German and English

Sector: Furniture

Start date: ASAP

***Initially, this is a full-time 3 months contract that can be extended or become permanent.***

As a 1st LEVEL CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT - German Speaker, you will be the primary point of contact for customers. You will interact with them through various communication channels such as phone and emails to answer their questions, resolve their issues, and ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products, services, policies, procedures, etc.
  • Assist customers in other inquiries related to their purchase experience.
  • Handle customer complaints finding appropriate solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Escalate cases requiring additional assistance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services by providing feedback and suggestions.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively and make autonomous decisions when necessary.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to remain calm and courteous even in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of computer tools, technical systems (SAP, optional C4C) and different processes within those systems."

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service would be an advantage.
  • Additional desirable skills: SAP knowledge / French speaking (Not Essential)
