Position:Sales Executive
Are you ready to excel in a dynamic and rewarding sales environment? I am seeking passionate and driven individuals to join my cleint as Insurance Sales Executives!
Salary & Benefits:
- Attractive Salary Package: £23,000 - £26,000 per year
- Realistic OTE Earnings: £30,000 - £45,000 per year
- Monthly OTE Bonuses
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri (9am-5:30pm with one hour lunch)
- No Weekend Work!
- Holiday: 28 Days (Including Bank Holidays)
Leads:
- Majority sourced from online quotation forms with clients specifically requesting the product
- Remaining leads come through recommendations.
- Zero cold calling involved.
Sales Process:
- Contact clients after receiving their quotation requests.
- Discuss their needs and driving history.
- Match clients with the most suitable solution from our exclusive products.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and determination to meet targets.
- Excellent time management and attendance.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Previous sales experience (telesales or face-to-face) preferred.
Training:
- Comprehensive training provided.
- Learn our products and procedures thoroughly before joining the department.
- No prior insurance experience necessary.
