Responsibilities:
Open the buildings each morning
Take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for clients and their team.
Perform regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and tidying up communal areas.
Ensure that the premises are well-stocked with essential supplies, such as toiletries and cleaning products.
Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing leaky faucets.
Monitor and report any issues or potential hazards to their team promptly.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for meetings and events.
Keep track of inventory, order supplies, and maintain a neat storage area.
Respond to client requests and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
Build positive relationships with the client's team and provide exceptional customer service.
Support their team with any additional tasks or projects as required.
