We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team in Angus, serving their esteemed clients in the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for our clients.
- Execute customer orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
- Perform local purchasing of non-stock items to meet specific customer needs.
- Maintain direct communication with customers and suppliers via email and phone, fostering strong relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.
- Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the oil and gas industry, is an advantage.
