Job Title: Window Cleaning Team Leader
Location: Swansea and the West
Pay Rate: £13.75
Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Purpose of the Role:
Specialist Window Cleaning (SWC), part of the OCS Group, are currently recruiting for a Window & Specialist Team Leader to join our team to work on various commercial and residential buildings in and around Swansea.
We provide Commercial and Retail clients with industry-leading service levels via our highly trained teams who are here to provide the best for our customers, across all sectors
We are looking for a keen, hardworking individual with a can-do attitude who also understands the importance of safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Have full working knowledge of the areas in the building which are covered by the services run by SWC Ltd
- To schedule works in a timely, safe manner and update the team accordingly
- Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations, wearing company uniform as specified and ensure team follow the same.
- Be aware of the condition of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly and serviced. Report any faults to management.
- Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH
- Report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action if at all possible. Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities to the Line Manager/ supervisor.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by management.
Key Result Indicators:
- All cleaning and hygiene standards to meet service specification
- Deliver a consistent level of service, within the Company's standards, to the contract specification and agreed performance levels.
- Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
About you
- Full UK Driving License
- You will hold an IPAF qualification
- You will ideally have experience in window cleaning
- Experience on working in high buildings
- You will have the ability to communicate with people of all levels including clients and internal contacts.
- Overtime hours are available.
