In this essential role, you'll manage customer queries, ensure their prompt resolution, and contribute to the efficiency of their finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Query Resolution: Handle queries related to price discrepancies, promotional discounts, cancelled or duplicate orders, faulty or damaged goods, and allowances.
Debit Note Management: Track and investigate debit notes using Excel, ensuring timely resolution to avoid impacting the Ageing Report.
Process Improvement: Develop and propose best practice recommendations and system improvements to enhance query resolution efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Retail Order Processing, Customer Services, and Finance teams to optimise early query resolution through adherence to and improvement of internal processes.
Sales Ledger Management: Share ideas for preventing queries and maintaining the sales ledger.
Duties Include:
Investigating received debit notes.
Processing credit notes as necessary.
Managing and maintaining retail customer sales price lists.
Setting up and maintaining customer master data.
Updating credit limits.
Releasing and blocking customer orders as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience in proposing and implementing process and system improvements.
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
