Wills & Probate Solicitor - Varied Caseload - Career Progression
A traditional and reputable firm based in Tameside who have established a strong local presence and are known for providing excellent legal services are looking for a Solicitor or Equivalent to join the Wills & Probate team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years PQE or equivalent (FCLILEx) and will have gained exposure to will preparation, tax planning (if necessary), creation and registration of lasting powers of attorney and estate administration.
Your day-to-day role will involve collaborating well with the Wills and Probate team and will also including the running and management of your own caseload.
