Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate classroom support assistant to join a well-established school in Newcastle-Under-Lyme starting in as soon as possible. There are both full-time and part-time positions available. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children aged 4-11 with complex learning difficulties.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to students with special education needs, focusing on their individual requirements and learning goals.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Assist in the creation and modification of classroom materials to meet the diverse needs of the students.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Work closely with other teaching assistants and staff members to maintain an effective and cohesive team approach.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach towards supporting children's emotional and educational development.
