We're working on yet another role which has come about due to company growth, and this role is a real cracker. It's within an industry which is growing exponentially across the UK and offers lots of opportunity for progression. If you're a Marketing Manager with experience of managing a small team, this one should really be on your radar.

The role:

Our client sits within the renewables sector, and whilst the majority of their business focusses on b2b, there is also a consumer focussed presence. They're now looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team to manage a team of 2 existing members of staff and to spearhead their marketing activity, which is very focussed towards lead generation to support the sales team. The role does have a bias towards digital marketing and you will be responsible for developing, implementing and delivering the annual digital marketing strategy, managing an external agency. You'll maintain the company website, for example, publishing website content, blogs, testimonials and case studies as well as maximising social media platforms.

You'll plan e-shots and promotions campaigns and will track all paid and organic marketing activity through the marketing ecosystem, whether that is from digital or offline actions such as events.

What we're looking for:

We're really looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who has proven experience in lead generation and campaign management, with a strong focus on both b2b and b2c environments. You'll need to have strong digital understanding including SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing to be able to work closely with the external digital agency. You'll also need to have experience of people management in a marketing environment.

Experience of using Wordpress would be a real advantage, and any experience of Salesforce would also be useful, but this isn't a prerequisite. You'll love to develop content it wo;; a;sp have strong analytical skills in order to identify trends and make data driven decisions.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with ideally 4 days in the office, and the salary is £38-40,000 depending on experience. They're located in fabulous offices and whilst not in the city centre, there is lots of available public transport and parking. There's also private healthcare and a company bonus scheme on offer.
