Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Embedded Workflow Specialist to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing legal workflows embedded within various platforms. You will work closely with their legal, IT, and project management teams to ensure quick turnaround times and seamless integration of legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement embedded legal workflows to improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with legal and IT teams to integrate workflows into existing systems.
- Ensure quick turnaround times for workflow deployment and updates.
- Monitor and analyze workflow performance, making necessary adjustments for optimization.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new and existing workflows.
- Stay updated on the latest legal tech trends and best practices to continuously improve workflow solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in workflow design and implementation within a legal setting.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and requirements.
- Proficiency in workflow automation tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- - Experience with legal technology platforms such as Clio, iManage, or similar.
- - Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- - Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Location: London and hybrid min 2 days per week in the office
