Arranging and tracking shipments
Communicating with clients / agents for shipping details such as pickup times, shipping method, delivery date, and any special requirements. Scheduling shipment dates and times to meet customer needs.
Preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including AWB, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
Coordinating the transportation of goods with hauliers
Communicating with Airlines, Freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other transportation providers to ensure that shipments are delivered on time and within budget.
Determine the most efficient transportation routes and methods.
Monitor shipments for compliance with regulations and international trade laws specifically in relation to pharmaceuticals.
Maintaining records of all export transactions, including tracking shipments and preparing reports on shipping costs.
Ensuring compliance with HMRC Export regulations, including obtaining necessary licenses and permits from UK Exporters.
Keeping up to date with changes in trade laws and regulations.
Resolving any issues that arise during the Export process, such as customs delays or shipment errors.
Ensuring time critical and temperature-controlled cargo is stored at the correct temperature at both airline and within our own facility.
