Anti-Social Behaviour Officer needed in Bristol!
We're excited to announce an opening for a full-time Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join a team in Bristol. As an integral part of a organisation, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents throughout Somerset and Gloucestershire.
Position:
Anti-Social Behaviour Officer
Location:
Bristol (with flexibility to work from home and in the field)
Salary:
£30,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage a complex caseload, finding creative solutions to achieve positive outcomes for our customers.
Contribute to shaping sustainable communities and create an inclusive environment for residents.
Fulfill landlord responsibilities, adhering to policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies, including the police and legal advisors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in anti-social behaviour related housing management or transferable skills from a customer-facing role.
Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
Strong communication abilities, especially in demanding environments.
Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues, contractors, and partner agencies.
Experience in conflict resolution and overcoming adversity.
Valid UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
