You will be working alongside an experienced head of department handling a busy caseload of wills, probate, estates, tax and non-tax matters, trusts, court of protection and lasting powers of attorney. You'll be someone who should be able to hit the ground running so it is anticipated you'll have upwards of 2 years PQQE and be able to draft and respond to any type of query.
You should be absolutely motivate by this type of work and you'll enjoy client contact, helping them with sensitive issues.
