Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a leading IP law firm in London who are seeking a Trainee IP (Trade Marks) Records Administrator to join their established team on a full-time, permanent basis!
Our client is seeking candidates who ideally have previous experience within IP records, however are also considering those who have worked within a professional services environment (e.g. law firm, accountancy, banking background) with experience working in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided where needed, and it is crucial the successful individual has excellent communication and organisational skills.
The main duties will be based around their database, including docketing, monitoring deadlines and updating the systems and inputting reminders - plus much more! On offer is a healthy work/life balance environment, along with friendly colleagues and career development!
