The opportunity of
Purchase Ledger Clerk
will work within a dedicated finance team and offer the confidence to manage a high level of invoice processing, to accompany all aspects of purchase ledger management, whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Working closely with suppliers, reconciling statements and managing queries to find resolution requires the confidence to communicate at all levels, manage a high volume of data, and work across multiple software platforms including MS Office, with Excel being paramount, and inhouse accounting software.
A positive approach to working within a small finance team and workload demands is essential, supporting each other with the efficient day to day purchase ledger management.
Key points;
Kent based - Dartford area.
Contract position for a 10-month period.
A driving licence is required due to the company location.
Previous experience within FMCG would be advantageous.
